We are currently hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative to support one of our clients in the pet aftercare industry. This role involves assisting grieving pet owners and veterinary partners with compassion and clarity, helping them through sensitive and emotional situations.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate tone
Previous experience in customer service or call handling (preferred, not required)
Ability to navigate emotional conversations with empathy and patience
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow established procedures
A quiet, distraction-free workspace and stable internet connection
Willingness to work on a rotating schedule that supports 24/7 coverage, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls from pet owners and veterinary professionals
Provide detailed information about services and guide families through the next steps
Collect and input intake information accurately
Process payments and clearly explain service and pricing options
Gently offer personalized upgrades and memorial products when appropriate
Maintain accurate call records and follow all communication procedures
Deliver thoughtful, timely support on every call
