A leading company in the Contact Center sector is seeking Bilingual English Call Center Consultants with or without experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a B2 level of English.
Be of legal age.
Have completed and certified high school through 11th grade.
Living in Bogotá or the surrounding area.
Have not previously worked or had any applications with Avanza, GSS, or Covisian.
If you are a foreigner, have a PPT (Permanent Program) and passport.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Salary: $2,800,000 + performance-based variable (Average $400,000) + All legal benefits.
Payments: Monthly payments on the 30th of each month and biweekly commissions on the 15th of each month.
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (8 hours per day - 46 hours per week).
