Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support through calls.
- Efficiently and empathetically resolve concerns regarding the platform and services.
- Document interactions and solutions to ensure proper follow-up.
- Work with internal processes and alongside internal teams to offer effective solutions in each interaction.
- Be a clear and patient guide for our customers, providing clear and precise information and instructions.
