What We Offer:
Schedule:
Full-time: 44 hours a week, Monday to Friday (Weekends off!)
+Operational hours are from 7:00 AM to 6 PM.
Salary:
Full-time: $2,500,000 plus bonuses up to $350,000.
Contract Type: permanent.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer questions through emails, tickets, and chats.
Provide helpful information to customers.
Pay attention to details when managing customer data.
Ensure quick and friendly service.
What You Need:
English Level: B1+/B2.
Writing Skills: Good spelling and grammar.
Attention to Detail: Be careful with customer information.
Multitasking: Handle multiple chats and tickets at the same time.
Experience: minimum 6 months, You should have experience managing 3 chats and emails at the same time.
Where Will You Work? 100% on-site in our Bogotá office.
