Job Opportunity at Capital One Back Office (Chat Only)!
Location: On-site at Américas office (Carrera 56 9-17 Torre Central)
Modality: Customer Service via Chat no calls!
Job Profile:
We are looking for people passionate about customer service for a financial campaign.
Your responsibilities will include:
Payment management and advisory
Scheduling automatic payments
Account guidance
General financial service support
Training:
Duration: 1 month
Modality: 100% on-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
No permissions granted during training and nesting period
From day one of training, your profile will be evaluated for work-from-home eligibility. You could be selected for this modality even before 3 months, depending on your performance!
Operations (Production):
Modality: On-site at Américas office (with the possibility of work-from-home depending on performance)
Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Workweek: 42 hours per week
Days off: Sundays off guaranteed + 1 rotating day off during the week
Between November and March, schedules will shift one hour later due to daylight saving time.
Work-from-home option applies only to residents of Bogotá.
Compensation:
Base salary: $2,500,000 COP
Bonus: Up to $600,000 COP monthly for meeting performance metrics (once you are in production)
Transportation allowance: According to Colombian labor law
E-Card (on-site only): Rechargeable card worth $70,000 COP per month to be used at stores like Éxito, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, etc. (effective from production phase)
Salary increases are possible during your process based on your performance and growth within the company.
