JOB TITLE: B2B Sales Agent English B2
Youre the sales professional were missing on this high-performing team!
Partner with businesses to boost their success through LinkedIns strategic advertising solutions. This is your chance to build strong B2B relationships and help companies achieve their marketing goals in one of the most impactful digital platforms worldwide.

What youll be doing:
Contact companies and decision-makers to promote LinkedIns advertising solutions.
Identify client needs and recommend tailored marketing strategies using LinkedIn tools.
Drive consultative and strategic sales conversations focused on B2B marketing needs.
Manage a quarterly portfolio of clients and develop contact strategies via email, LinkedIn Dash, and cold calling.
Meet and exceed performance KPIs, contributing to the campaigns ongoing success.
Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer service.

Were looking for someone who:
Has a B2+ level of English.
Has 6+ months of verifiable B2B or service sales experience.
Is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable with cold outreach.
Communicates clearly and persuasively in a corporate setting.
Is open to intensive training in digital marketing and consultative selling.

Base salary of COP $3,900,000/month (during training and production).

Conditions:
Language Requirement: English B2+
Work Schedule:
Training: 5 weeks + 1 weeks of nesting
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Production: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Workload: 40 hours/week Part-time
