We are looking for motivated and service-oriented professionals to join our new Audiobook Operations Team. As an Author Support Agent, you will be the main point of contact for authors, providing guidance and assistance throughout their journey on our audiobook platform. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience for every author we support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to authors in English and Spanish through email, chat, and calls.
Guide authors through processes such as registration, publication, distribution, and royalties.
Assist with administrative tasks, including payments, invoicing, and rights management.
Monitor and resolve cases, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
Deliver accurate reports and feedback to improve the author experience.
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with authors, ensuring a long-term positive impact.
Requirements
English level C1 (oral and written) mandatory.
Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or publishing-related support is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to interact with creative professionals.
Comfortable working with digital tools, CRMs, and collaborative platforms.
