Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Channel Sales Support Specialist to support our Channel Sales team. This role involves assisting with partnermanagement, sales processes, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and outstanding partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• - Provide critical support to the Channel Sales team by tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
• - Assist in managing the sales funnel, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and progress tracking, to ensure efficient movement through the sales cycle.
• - Collaborate with partners and internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of resources and solutions, ensuring high partner satisfaction.
• - Respond to partner inquiries with a customer-centric approach, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• - Maintain and update partner accounts, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• - Contribute to partner engagement initiatives, including preparing sales presentations, coordinating training sessions, and organizing events.
• - Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at enhancing partner collaboration and business growth.
• - Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage partner data, track interactions, monitor the sales funnel, and generate insights.
• - Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and support team objectives.
Qualifications
**Language Skills:** Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
**Experience:** Proven experience in a supportive role within sales, channel management, or a similar field.
**Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex scenarios effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong partner
relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus.
