We believe what’s good for the planet is good for business. We’re CarbonBetter, a US-based sustainability and energy logistics company that’s tackling climate change from the inside. We’re growing our team, and we’re seeking a new Sales Support Assistant to join us to support our sales teams.

Position Overview
Our Sales Support Assistant helps our sales channel managers with day-to-day tasks related to their work, managing teams that support customer acquisition and retention activities. Sales Support Assistants have the opportunity to advance their careers by taking on more complex tasks over time to support our sales activities.

This is an indefinite contract, and fluency in English is required for this role.

Base salary $3.500.000 COP.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with teammates to complete assigned sales support tasks in a timely and thorough manner, which includes:
* Managing communication with external sales vendors, preparing vendor agreements
* Using Google Workspace tools / Microsoft Office to execute simple reporting and analysis tasks
* Managing scrubbing processes for our door-to-door sales teams
* Managing the onboarding and offboarding of teams and agents
* Responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks
* Conduct routine sales partner audits to monitor performance and collaborate on driving improvement in performance and customer experience
* Join calls with sales partners to provide feedback and opportunities to improve
* Manage sales training and process documentation for sales teams
* Escalate questions and concerns when needed
* Engage with teammates over Slack / Teams in a timely, clear, and consistent manner
* Complete ad-hoc assigned tasks and projects, as needed


Requirements
* Must speak English fluently and be able to hold conversations with native English speakers
* Must have two (2) or more years of experience in a support/assistant role
* Must be an intermediate to advanced Excel user with great analytical capabilities
* Must be able to follow specific and detailed instructions and processes
* Must be able to sit at a computer Monday through Friday for eight hours per day
* Must be comfortable learning new software, online tools, and processes
* Must be patient, empathetic, and understanding even in the most challenging circumstances

Working Hours
The working hours for this role are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CDT and are to remain in sync with the company’s Austin HQ (Central Time) throughout the year.

Working Location
This is an In-site position. Our office is located in the El Poblado area of Medellín.
