We are seeking Bilingual Call Center Agents (Spanish & English) who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you’re fluent in both languages, possess outstanding communication skills, and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, this is your chance to shine with us!

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or a call-center environment (additional experience is a plus).
- Education: Secondary school diploma (completed).
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and spoken) (minimum B2) and native-level Spanish.

Availability:
- Must be available for rotating shifts: one week from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the following week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, one day off per week.
- 100% on-site work (Centro Empresa / Cali)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support via chat, phone, and email in both Spanish and English.
- Troubleshoot questions and incidents related to our technology services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with clear, prompt, and professional responses in both languages.

Key Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Strong spelling and writing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Verbal fluency and effective communication in both languages.
- Proactive attitude, customer-focus, and ability to work collaboratively.
