At Lean Solutions, we are looking for a dedicated Billing Analyst with experience in customer service and an English level of B2+ or higher. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoices related to transportation and logistics, with 95% of your tasks focused on back-office operations. While the role is not primarily phone-based, you may occasionally handle incoming calls. This is a premium position offering both a competitive salary and a premium schedule.
Location: Bogotá (100% On-site)
Salary: 3,200,000 COP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (only 40 hours per week)
2 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Contract Type: Long-term (Indefinido) with full legal benefits
English Level: B2 High or above (Advanced required)
Experience: 6 months of certified experience in billing, finance, or a customer service-related role
Key Responsibilities:
This role focuses on billing and back-office operations within the logistics and transportation sector. Responsibilities include:
Managing and processing invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Reviewing billing data to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient billing workflows
Maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a structured, fast-paced work environment
