Description:
We are seeking a talented professional to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh in Bogotá. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office. You will manage a client portfolio, lead team activities, and oversee policy endorsements, billing, and insurance program maintenance, supporting Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project.
What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, leading team operations, endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections).
Oversee policy issuance, review, and confirmation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Guide and support the team to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure smooth program implementation.
What you need:
Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, including proven leadership experience.
Intermediate Excel skills and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of P&C processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a strong focus on compliance and benefits.
