We are looking for a talented professional to join Marsh’s Insurance Operations team in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico.
This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office. You will manage a client portfolio, handling endorsements, billing, and insurance program maintenance, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You’ll also support a new project serving Colombia and other LATAM countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage insurance portfolios, including endorsements, billing, and policy updates (inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections).
Activate, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support insurance program administration, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Intermediate Excel skills
Advanced English.
Knowledge of P&C processes such as all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with insurance brokers and carriers.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
