In Concentrix we are currently looking for a Sourcer Specialist! Would be in charge of looking and pre screening candidates for massive recruitment in the BPO industry.
Requirement:
- B2 or advanced English level
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in massive recruitment is a plus
- Sales skills
- Great attitude
- Availability to work on site (Bogotá)
- Schedule, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
