Analista de prestamos / Agente call center
Provide efficient and timely assistance to loan applicants, guiding them through the application process, gathering the necessary documentation, and maintaining clear and constant communication.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to assist them in submitting their loan applications.
- Gather additional information and/or documentation required to generate a loan offer.
- Provide timely and efficient follow-up on all assigned loan requests.
- Meet the monthly goals and minimums established by management.
- Enter data accurately, including detailed notes on client communications.
- Communicate with internal staff, borrowers, vendors, and other agents to resolve any issues during the closing process.
Requirements:
- Experience in consumer financing, including loan processing and/or sales.
- Knowledge of loan principles, including processing, credit evaluation, credit review, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
