REQUIREMENTS
• 100% Bilingual
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience working with marketing databases and audience segmentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or customer segmentation tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of statistical sampling techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Audience Data Management and Extraction
• Extract and prepare player audiences for marketing campaigns using SQL.
• Build and maintain custom attributes in Marketing Manager and internal data tables using SQL and basic Python or R.
• Extract, clean, and process audience data for research and insights projects.
• Apply sampling techniques to ensure statistically valid audience selections.
• Develop and maintain audience SQL queries to support various marketing products, such as the Centralized Prize Engine.
Data Processing and Compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Marketing, VIP, Conversion, and Customer Insights) to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write, test, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and process data efficiently.
• Document processes, data flows, and technical logic to ensure transparency and scalability.
• Validate extracted audiences and eligibility criteria before deployment.
• Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and work with relevant teams to resolve inconsistencies.
• Ensure alignment with internal data privacy policies when extracting and handling audience data.
