Are you ready to join a dynamic, fast-paced finance team? We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to support both our Corporate Finance and Financial Operations teams in our Pereira office.
About the Role
As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in financial processes, acting as backup for both the Staff Accountant and Finance Specialist. You’ll report to the Banking & Reconciliation Supervisor and help drive high-quality financial outcomes on time and within scope.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support Corporate Finance and Financial Operations teams
Manage the claims inbox and handle internal team inquiries
Assist with banking file management and vendor documentation
Reconcile corporate card expenses
Upload data into reconciliation platforms (QuickBooks)
Maintain COBRA reports and support monthly escheatment
Process lockbox check payments
Provide administrative support to the Colombia office
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in finance or a similar field
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience reconciling bank accounts
Understanding of the U.S. banking system and working with USD
Great communication and writing skills
Integrity in handling sensitive information
Location: On-site in Pereira, Colombia
