A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled AI Prompt Specialist to join their team!
Our client is a fast-growing tech startup leveraging the latest in AI to transform how businesses operate. Viva Global is remote-first, diverse, and passionate about building world-class teams for US-based startups and companies. We are hiring the top talent from LATAM to help these US-based companies build solutions for real-world challenges.
Requirements:
Tech Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and cloud-based collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.). Experience with prompt management tools (PromptLayer, LangChain, n8n, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
Creative Problem-Solver: Enjoys experimenting, iterating, and finding new ways to improve results.
Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant role (tech, startup, digital content, or similar).
Previous remote work experience
Job Duties:
Design & Optimize Prompts: Create, test, and refine prompts for various business use cases, aiming to build a library of 50-100 high-quality prompts in your first 6 months.
Analyze & Report: Track AI response quality and user satisfaction, using tools and dashboards (e.g., PromptLayer, n8n, or similar) to measure improvements in efficiency (targeting 25-35% faster task completion) and accuracy.
Collaborate: Work closely with product, development, and support teams to gather feedback and iterate on prompt strategies.

Stay Curious: Experiment with new AI tools and approaches, bringing creative solutions to prompt-related challenges.
