At StaffingAbroad we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of the most important Financial Companies in the United States. In this role, you will be the person in charge of financial matters concerning the customer loan process, for this position you will fully trained by the team.
Responsibilities:
\tEffectively manage an active pipeline of customer accounts.
\tReview client accounts to determine availability of funds.
\tGather and submit required documentation for approval and payment of settlements and fees.
\tChampion teamwork and collaboration.
\tUtilize multi-tasking and communication skills with clients and co-workers
Requirements:
1+ Years of experience working with financial capaigns is a MUST!
\tHigh School Degree is a must.
\tPublic Accounting, Economy, financial Degree or related is a plus
\tAdvanced English level is a must.
