Job description: The Legal Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients and is responsible for handling a high volume of daily calls to evaluate, qualify, and onboard potential clients for the firm. This position is primarily phone-basedserving as the firms first filterwhere most of the work involves answering, making, and managing client calls. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and sales skills to ensure clients feel supported and properly guided through the intake process.
Responsabilities: Interview prospective clients primarily by phone (and occasionally by email) to become familiar with their cases. Conduct basic research to investigate whether prospective clients claims have merit. Evaluate prospective clients claims to determine whether they align with the firms areas of practice and experience. Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for qualified candidates. Onboard new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and assembling initial case files. Enter client information accurately into the firms systems. Provide general administrative support as assigned.
Habilidades y Calificaciones:
* Experiencia previa en entornos BPO, preferiblemente customer service 1 año estable y reciente.
* Excelente Inglés Hablado y Escrito: Comunicarse clara y efectivamente en inglés, tanto oralmente como por escrito. (C1)
* Manejo de Asuntos Sensibles y Confidenciales: Tratar la información confidencial con la máxima discreción y profesionalismo.
