Job Summary:
The Client Care Agent will provide effective assistance and support to clients, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain constant communication with the clients through calls, emails, texts, CRM, etc.
· Capable of processing payments.
· Display outstanding Customer Service Skills to provide a great experience, leading potential clients to choose and recommend us.
· Provide clear and complete information to the customer regarding their assessments and resolve their questions or concerns.
· Provide essential support in case the client is having issues with the Videocall platform.
· Keep the files updated with the latest interaction notes to promote organized and accurate management of the information and the clients assessment status.
· Attend events scheduled by the company to ensure constant feedback on processes and the enrichment of our team skills.
· Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· A minimum of two years of experience is required for this position, or in related roles within a call center.
· English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Open to feedback.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Full-time availability.
