Customer Service/Legal: Analyze legal cases or situations between customers and attorneys, and provide support to other analysts as needed due to operational requirements.
Functions:
- Analyze legal cases and respond to requests for legal representation.
- Answer and assist callers with legal needs.
- Discuss potential cases with lawyers and transfer calls to them or other staff members.
- Provide general office assistance.
Requirements:
- Tech and/or professional finished or in course related to law.
- 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and/or Customer Service Representative at a law firm.
- Advanced level of English (B2+/C1)
- Experience in the BPO industry
