About the Role
Were looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Specialist to join its operational team. This role involves real-time tracking of freight loads, constant communication with carriers, updating internal systems, and supporting operational flow across multiple channelsprimarily phone calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual professionals with previous experience in tracking, dispatch, or BPO/call center environments who are looking to step into the U.S. logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor load movements and update all order statuses in real time.
Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and partners via phone, email, and internal systems.
Confirm pickup/delivery times, shipping hours, and document all status changes in the TMS.
Register PODs and related documentation, escalating any discrepancies or irregularities.
Provide timely updates and responses across all internal communication channels.
Attend team meetings and complete all assigned tasks within expected timeframes.
Required Qualifications
English proficiency: B2 High to C1 level (spoken and written).
Minimum 8 months of continuous experience in a bilingual call center or similar role.
Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or track & trace operations is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage stress and time effectively.
Must be available to work on-site in Bogotá and commit to the specified evening/weekend schedule.
Technical Skills
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Familiarity with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or logistics platforms preferred.
Comfortable using softphones and digital communication tools.
