Intake Coordinator
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (100% On-Site Americas 3)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Arizona Time)

About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, youll play a key part in gathering essential case information, assessing eligibility, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Your communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in supporting our legal team and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
· Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and assess case viability
· Accurately input and maintain client information in the case management system
· Guide clients through the intake process and explain next steps clearly
· Schedule consultations and follow-ups with attorneys and clients
· Coordinate with legal assistants and attorneys to ensure seamless case handoffs
· Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with internal procedures

Qualifications
· 12 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or legal intake
· Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferred)
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Comfortable using CRM or case management software
· Familiarity with legal terminology or personal injury law is a plus
· Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive client information with discretion
