Exciting Opportunity: HR Administrator
Position: HR Administrator
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm CT (4.5-day work week!)
Salary: $3,000,000 COP
English Required: B2
Location: On-site, 5 days per week at CAMACOL - Cra 63 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio, Piso 9

This role is crucial in enhancing our HR departments operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings for the CPO and HR leaders.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the HR team.
Board Materials: Assist in preparing presentations and data slides for the Board of Directors.
Report Drafting: Draft and review reports and presentations for the CPO.
Event Support: Plan and execute key HR events, managing logistics and branding materials.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
Project Coordination: Assist in HR projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement.
Online Presence: Enhance the HR departments presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Team Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Proficiency in English: Highest level of written and oral English proficiency.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to interact positively and professionally with colleagues.
