We are looking for a fully remote Administrative Assistant to handle crucial tasks for foreign clients throughout Latin America. If you are a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication skills, this opportunity is for you!
Job Mission:
Manage administrative tasks related to the registration of patents for foreign clients in Latin America, which involves monitoring deadlines, reporting them to clients, and maintaining strict control over them.
Act as a liaison between foreign clients and national offices or agents in Latin America, preparing and sending the necessary documentation for registration filings.
What will you do in this position?
Handle deadlines and due dates to report them to the client.
Use the internal system to track the progress of client processes and requests.
Manage and process relevant documentation.
Requirements:
Technical, technologist, or university student in administrative careers or related fields. Please note, this role is not intended for graduated professionals.
At least 3 years of certified experience in administrative areas.
Advanced (B2) level of English in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Please be aware that your language proficiency will be assessed during an interview conducted in English.
