We are a USA based company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with advanced English proficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting our administrative and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and office staff
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
* Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
* Maintain and update client records and databases
* Support property management activities, including tenant communications and lease documentation
* Facilitate smooth communication between clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
* Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
* Must have at least visited the USA
