We are looking for a highly-analytical Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our talented team. To accomplish your goal of successfully managing our company’s tax and financial processes, you will perform various tasks.
These include forecasting revenue, managing accounts, and analyzing and classification of financial and other business transactions.
To succeed in this role, you need to have comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, auditing, and budgeting processes. Our ideal candidate is extremely professional, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
What You’ll Do:
• Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records for multiple
companies.
• Analyze and report on business transactions for each entity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, including reconciliations and transfer pricing compliance.
• Conduct income tax research and planning for multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction operations.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and individual entity statements.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy across all entities’ financial records and transactions.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local income tax documents for multiple
entities.
• Contribute to budgeting procedures and oversee cash flow management for all entities.
• Regularly brief management on each entity’s financial position and provide
actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and implement standardized accounting policies and processes across entities to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Stay current on industry and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with
evolving accounting and tax standards.
• Respond to tax and accounting-related issues for each entity and coordinate
solutions across teams.
About You (Requirements):
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a public accountant, with
experience in multi-entity environments preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and multi-entity accounting practices.
• Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations, particularly for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and
reconciliations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data across entities.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite
(particularly Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and entities.

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including proficiency with formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting software or ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar.
