As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will represent the company in global markets, promoting our Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and learning technology consulting services. Your efforts will focus on both strategic business development and customer relationship management to support long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in global markets.
2. Communicate with clients in English and Spanish across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
3. Develop sales strategies, maintain a strong pipeline, and update CRM regularly.
4. Conduct market research and attend virtual events to generate leads.
5. Support business growth through government programs (grants, certifications).
6. Build strong client relationships and manage accounts, renewals, and invoicing.
7. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
8. Track KPIs and collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
9. Stay up to date with LMS and learning technology trends (e.g., Moodle, LearnWorlds, SCORM).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in education technology or learning platforms.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong understanding of LMS platforms and eLearning technologies is highly preferred.

Familiarity with tools such as Moodle, LearnWorlds, Articulate Rise, and knowledge of SCORM standards is a plus.
