Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chats and calls in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage chats and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries regarding their purchases and products.
Answer phone calls in Spanish and English, primarily regarding product status, account issues, system access, and the purchasing process.
Provide easy solutions, such as refunds and reshipments, for most issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and appropriate follow-up on cases.
Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet goals.
Requirements:
C1 English level.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service (CSR).
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently.
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
